During this maintenance window NTQ staff will be carrying out critical maintenance on our core routers and firewall equipment with vendor support.
Although every effort will be made to minimise the impact and duration of any disruption, we do expect outages to occur during these timeframes.
These outages will result in a loss of connection to the hosted server during the maintenance windows. But all servers will remain powered on during this time.
These changes are essential to ensure the security and availability of the datacentre. These changes are being made to increase the level of protection for our customer’s servers.
